Oil & Gas Exhibition

Information about Kuwait’s geology, energy science and oil industry, accessed through interactives and a bespoke ID tracking system.

For the Kuwait Oil Company Visitor Centre, we constructed 11 complex interactives and equipped them with a radio-frequency identification tracking system that allows the public to collect the results of their experiences on a ‘Kuwait Oil Company Pass’. These include investigations into tectonic plates, finding oil traps, and a multi-user map table showing Kuwait’s oil fields.

As they walk round the centre, visitors meet virtual experts from the oil industry and get a taste of what it’s like to be one of them. Each expert sets a challenge and at the end of the exhibition visitors can see what they have achieved and collect an ‘ID card’ that can be used to unlock more content on the exhibition website.
